CNW 8646 arrives at Proviso with four new Metra Electric Hi-Liners in tow.

One of the three remaining CNW locos, the 8646, brings a 6 car train to Proviso. Consist included: 8646, a flat car, 4 new electric bi-levels for the IC Metra service, and another flatcar.
